1. What images can I upload for printing? Usually our customers purchase off ETSY for $2 and then upload png format for us to print. You can also get creative using CANVA and download png format with NO BACKGROUND please.

2. My image is good but it has a background, how do I remove it? You can use Canva, Picwish, photoshop or other apps to remove the background.

3. I placed my order at 3pm, will it be ready today? Orders processed after 12pm are considered next day and will likely take Roughly 2 days from day ordered
